Client: Peter Schiff & The Peter Schiff Show Podcast
Role: Digital Strategist, Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Over two years, I built and ran social media for NYT best-selling author and financial commentator Peter Schiff - scaling his Instagram from 0 to 130K followers, expanding his presence across TikTok, Twitter Spaces, and YouTube, and establishing a content system that kept pace with one of the most volatile news cycles in a generation.
The client already had a large Twitter following, a strong YouTube presence, and a podcast drawing 100K+ listeners per episode. The problem wasn't necessarily reach, it was distribution. His content had proven it worked. But entire audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms had never encountered him, because the content wasn't being translated into formats native to where those audiences lived.
The added complexity was tempo. Economics and finance content lives and dies on relevance where a news event could make last week's episode feel stale overnight. The job was to build a system that could move at the speed of the news while maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity.
Package content for platforms where it hadn't shown up, and to do it fast enough to stay relevant.
